Mechanical Engineering question? | Yahoo Answers

Depending on the school, the main difference between Mechanical Engineering, and Engineering Technology programs is the level of math required. Both will generally require Calculus, but the technology programs usually require a less intensive course. Engineering will be more theoretical and design based. Technology will have more emphasis on practical application.
